As the Sales Operations Manager, you love seeing and analyzing the whole picture and implementing processes to maximize efficiency and results. You are the technology, systems, and data expert.  You have a broad view of the company and the sales team with a knack for creating a cohesive sales operations strategy and design. You enjoy supporting the entire sales team and are eager to help sales reps do what they do best - sell. What You’ll Be Doing
As the Sales Operations Manager, you will oversee the execution of the sales teams efforts to reach and exceed revenue goals. You will ensure that the sales team delivers a high level of customer service to prospects, customers and colleagues.

  • Act as the primary manager of the CRM for the sales team, providing CRM training to all sales staff, building reports, liaising with other departments regarding CRM changes.
  • Assist sales managers to train new team members.
  • Provide sales reporting to sales leadership team to support recommendations for sales goals, territory assignment, sales projections, and department budgets.
  • Manage sales department budget.
  • Coordinate creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with leadership team to establish comp plans for sales team.
  • Review and approve commission reports for sales team.
  • Build reports for sales team and provide formats for quarterly business reviews.
  • Supervise and coordinate sales documentation and resources.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • 5-8 years of software sales operations experience.
  • Track record of achieving goals and quotas.
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce, and advanced reporting tools, including MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage projects in a fast paced and growing environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to adapt and solve challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player.

What Would Be Awesome To Have

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo.
  • Experience selling into Education, Healthcare, Restaurant or Retail verticals.
  • Sales leadership, training or coaching experience.
