As the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, you will own the development and execution of influential lifecycle and marketing automation efforts. Your lifecycle campaigns will touch tens of thousands of new businesses signing up for When I Work each month, and the tens of thousands of paying customers already getting value from our employee scheduling and time clock platforms. You could spend hours digging through data to understand the ‘why’ behind your results. You see ambiguity as an opportunity to create and innovate and lean into a high impact position. What You’ll Be Doing

As the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing you will be responsible for customer conversion, expansion, referrals, and retention. Through in-app messaging, e-mail, and push notifications, you’ll work with a talented team of designers, copywriters, and marketing automation experts to drive engagement, reduce churn, and maximize revenue.

  • Own the post-conversion lifecycle and e-mail outreach roadmaps
  • Ideate and execute A/B experiments in an attempt to impact core KPIs around conversion, revenue expansion, and retention
  • Leverage treasure troves of data to uncover new test opportunities
  • Partner with sales teams to execute marketing automation and lifecycle tests
  • Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness and KPI impact
  • Continually seek out new opportunities to move the needle against primary KPIs
  • Leverage customer insights to build basic personas around key segments

Experience and Skills Needed

  • 5+ years working in a data-driven marketing environment
  • Highly analytical with a proven ability to leverage data and uncover opportunities
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms
  • Proven ability to execute and report on targeted e-mail, in-app messaging, and/or push notification A/B tests
  • Experience building lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and expansion across multiple segments
  • Experience leveraging marketing automation to make a meaningful impact on sales team effectiveness
  • Strong team player who is able to lead and execute projects from conception to completion
  • Demonstrated basic technical capabilities
