As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of an entire product area and will be responsible for inspiring and leading a cross-functional team to ship successful products to market. You have a strong background in SaaS Product Management and the experience both thinking big and rolling up your sleeves to Get Shift Done. You’re up for the challenge of being a key player in defining the future of When I Work. What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will help define the product strategy and long-term roadmap for our flagship product line.  You will lead the efforts in understanding & anticipating the needs of our customers for this product working closely with our customers to help aggressively grow our user base, increase employee engagement, and deliver an unprecedented customer experience in Android, iOS, and Web environments. 

  • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Scheduling product on the When I Work platform
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class software
  • Own and be accountable for end-to-end success of your product. Everything from defining the future path, detailed requirements, partnering with and guiding design and development, spearheading launch activities and driving adoption post launch
  • Consistently generate and prioritize new product and feature ideas
  • Take a customer-centric approach to understand the needs and pain points to generate future product priorities
  • Drive testing, research, and analysis to facilitate quick decision making      

Experience and Skills Needed

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience including B2B enterprise solutions and/or consumer mobile technology products, technology products or related experience leading highly complex strategic projects and cross-functional teams
  • Domain Experience with Workforce Management or Scheduling applications
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • A natural leader who can inspire a team of diverse skill sets and opinions
  • Scrappy and dynamic with a belief that what others think can’t be done, will be done
  • Flexibility to take on a wide range of tasks to fill in any gaps that exist to make a product successful
  • Strong analytic experience and a bias for data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manipulate and draw insights from data
  • Superb communication skills
  • Successful experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic (read: sometimes chaotic) environment. Previous experience growing a product at a startup highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire to learn new technologies and skill sets
