As a Senior Product Manager (Platform), you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of an entire product area and will be responsible for inspiring and leading a cross-functional team to ship successful products to market.  You have a strong background in B2B, SaaS Product Management and the experience both thinking big and rolling up your sleeves to Get Shift Done. You enjoy building both the non-user and user facing parts of the product and are passionate about setting up a system that enables the products to work together seamlessly. What You’ll Be Doing 

As a Senior Product Manager (Platform), you will help define the product strategy and long-term roadmap for our largest customers and play the lead role in developing and enhancing the platform our products run on. You will work closely with our largest customers to ensure their jobs become effortless with the use of the products you design & build. You will lead the efforts in understanding & anticipating the needs of our largest customers and their administrators; the ones that are responsible for managing, maintaining and helping their own organizations use When I Work.  

  • Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the When I Work platform
  • Inspire and lead cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class software
  • Own and be accountable for end-to-end success of your product. Everything from defining the future path, detailed requirements, partnering with and guiding design and development, spearheading launch activities and driving adoption post launch
  • Consistently generate and prioritize new product and feature ideas
  • Take a customer-centric approach to understand the needs and pain points to generate future product priorities
  • Drive testing, research, and analysis to facilitate quick decision making

Experience and Skills Needed

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience including B2B enterprise solutions, technology products or related experience leading highly complex strategic projects and cross-functional teams
  • B2B Product Management experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working closely with sales to interpret market needs
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • A natural leader who can inspire a team of diverse skill sets and opinions
  • Scrappy and dynamic with a belief that what others think can’t be done, will be done
  • Flexibility to take on a wide range of tasks to fill in any gaps that exist to make a product successful
  • Strong analytic experience and a bias for data-driven decision making
  • Ability to manipulate and draw insights from data
  • Superb communication skills
  • Successful experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic (read: sometimes chaotic) environment. Previous experience growing a product at a startup highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated desire to learn new technologies and skill sets
